Cancellation Policies

We require 48 hours notice from the scheduled departure time for a 90% refund, and 24 hours notice from the scheduled departure time-50% refund.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours from the scheduled departure time will NOT receive any type of refund. Any no-shows will be subject to full reservation cost.

Private Charters

A 7-day notice is required in order to receive a 90% refund of the deposit charged. Any cancellations made after, will not receive any type of refund.

Weather

The safety of our guests is our top priority. If we cancel a scheduled excursion due to inclement weather, we will try and reschedule your reservation. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a full refund.

We had a fantastic date night here with the dinner cruise. The food was good and the view could not be better. We stayed out on Laguna Madre and didn't go out into the gulf. That was definitely a good thing since fighting waves while trying to eat would not be good.

I have been on the Southern Wave several times. My Dad loved to celebrate his birthday on this boat. Recently, we had my son's wedding reception on the Southern Wave. It was perfect. Beautiful evening sail, great food, good entertainment.
